Terms of Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for the content and data you upload, including reservation records, expense records, and owner information, and for ensuring you have the right to process that data.

You may not misuse the Service. This includes attempting to access accounts or data that are not yours, interfering with or disrupting the Service, probing or scanning the infrastructure, reverse engineering the software, or using the Service to send unsolicited communications. You may not use the Service to store or transmit unlawful, infringing, or harmful material.

We may suspend or limit access where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached or where continued access poses a risk to the Service or to other customers.

To use most features of the Service you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Notify us promptly if you become aware of unauthorized access to your account. You are responsible for the conduct of any users you invite or grant access to within your organization, and for ensuring their use complies with these Terms.

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Service, and you confirm that you have the authority to accept these Terms on behalf of any organization you represent.

The Service is offered across three plans. The Starter plan is free. The Pro plan is 29 USD per month. The Business plan is 49 USD per month. All prices are stated in United States dollars (USD) and are exclusive of any applicable taxes unless noted otherwise.

Paid plans may be billed monthly or annually. Choosing annual billing saves 10 percent compared with paying month to month. Fees for paid plans are charged in advance for the billing period you select, and your plan renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel.

We may change plan prices or features. Where we change the price of a plan you are on, we will give you reasonable advance notice, and the change will take effect at your next renewal.

You may cancel a paid plan at any time from your account settings. When you cancel, your access to paid features continues through the end of the period you have already paid for, and your plan will not renew after that.

Monthly fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started. Annual plans are refundable within 14 days of the start of the annual term. After the 14-day window, annual fees are non-refundable for the remainder of the term, though your access continues through the paid period.

We may also terminate or suspend your access for a breach of these Terms. Where we do so without cause, we will refund any prepaid fees covering the period after termination.

The Service, including its software, design, branding, and documentation, is owned by Delning and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes during your subscription.

You retain ownership of the data and content you submit to the Service. You grant us the rights needed to host, process, and display that content for the purpose of providing the Service to you, including generating statements and delivering them to the recipients you designate.

If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them to improve the Service without obligation to you.

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Delning prepares statements and calculations based on the data you provide. Delning is not a tax advisor or an accounting advisor, and nothing in the Service constitutes tax, accounting, legal, or financial advice. You are responsible for reviewing the outputs and for consulting a qualified professional regarding your obligations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Delning will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the liability.

These Terms will be governed by the laws of [governing jurisdiction to be confirmed], without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [venue to be confirmed] for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms.

Before bringing a formal claim, the parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute through direct discussion. The specific dispute-resolution mechanism, including whether claims are resolved through arbitration, will be confirmed during legal review.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice through the Service or by email.

Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you should stop using the Service and may cancel your plan as described above.
